NAIL BUFFER WARRANTY POLICY

At Seacret™ Spa we appreciate your business and want you to have the best experience and results from using the Seacret™ Nail Buffer Block or any one of the Seacret™™ products. To prove our  commitment we decided to provide our Nail Buffer users the opportunity to replace their buffer (under the Seacret™ terms and conditions) for a duration of 12 months from the purchase date.

If you purchased a damaged or defective Seacret™ Buffer Block from a local retailer or online on seacretspa.com or your buffer has worn-out please listen carefully the following instructions on how to have your buffer block replaced FREE of charge.

Send us your defective, damaged or worn-out buffer block via U.S Postal service to the following address:

  1. Please make sure your package includes a tracking number provided by the US Postal Service – Buffers that are not received at our warehouse cannot be replaced.
  2. We do not replace nail buffers that are simply worn out.
  3. The replacement process will take approx. 21 business days from the day the buffer block is received at our Phoenix Warehouse.
  4. The warranty described does not apply to any one of the other items included in the Seacret™ Nail care collection.
