NAIL BUFFER WARRANTY POLICY
At Seacret™ Spa we appreciate your business and want you to have the best experience and results from using the Seacret™ Nail Buffer Block or any one of the Seacret™™ products. To prove our commitment we decided to provide our Nail Buffer users the opportunity to replace their buffer (under the Seacret™ terms and conditions) for a duration of 12 months from the purchase date.
If you purchased a damaged or defective Seacret™ Buffer Block from a local retailer or online on seacretspa.com or your buffer has worn-out please listen carefully the following instructions on how to have your buffer block replaced FREE of charge.

- Please make sure your package includes a tracking number provided by the US Postal Service – Buffers that are not received at our warehouse cannot be replaced.
- We do not replace nail buffers that are simply worn out.
- The replacement process will take approx. 21 business days from the day the buffer block is received at our Phoenix Warehouse.
- The warranty described does not apply to any one of the other items included in the Seacret™ Nail care collection.
